Congratulations to the following Big Blue Swimmers for qualifying to the Southwest Ohio District meet this Saturday, which means that they are among the top 32 individuals and 24 relays in the Southwest Ohio Region.

The Girls 200 medley relay team of Hannah Robinson (Backstroke), Hazel Culver (Breastsroke), Makayla Platt (Butterfly), and Ana Grant (Freestyle) also set a new school record with a time of 2:01.23.

The Girls 400 free relay also qualified for the 4th year in a row. (Grant, Platt, Robinson, and Culver)

Senior Hazel Culver won the 200 Individual Medley and automatically qualified for Districts. She also came in 2nd place to qualify in the 100yard breaststroke. 

On the boys side, the 200 and 400 freestyle relay teams of Jude Yordy, Elijah Lay, Colson Culver, and James Hossler both qualified for the sectional meet. 

Freshman James Hossler also qualified in the 100 butterfly and 100 breastroke. 

These swimmers make their state run on Saturday February 15 at Miami University.
